Jud Little
Future Fortunes and the barrel racing world lost an icon. In 2002, Jud was one of the first stallion owners to enroll his stallion, Cash Not Credit, into the Future Fortunes stallion program. Without hesitation, Jud jumped on board. That was the beginning of a long partnership. As a Breeder, Jud received the Leading Breeder award 7 times, winning over $70,000. He always said that the $150 weanling enrollment in the Future Fortunes program was the best investment in the industry! He was the breeder of NFR qualifiers Flitin Firin Cash and Smooth My Credit. He also was the breeder of 2008 BFA Juvenile Champion Boogie Woogie Jones. It is only fitting that the current leader for the 2020 Leading Barrel Horse for Future Fortunes, Red Man Jones, was bred by Jud Little.
Jud's home bred stallion, JL Dash Ta Heaven, is an all time leading sire with more than $2 million in offspring earnings. He will carry on his widely recognized brand for generations to come.
