MONEY DISTRIBUTION
1. All money received will be put into an escrow account
2. All foal nomination fees will be held in security deposit until the year in which the foals are eligible for bonus money. An office charge of 20% of nomination fees paid per horse will be deducted in the year of payment for promotion and administering the program with remaining 80% being distributed as bonus money.
3. All foal nomination fees will be held until the foal's 5-year-old year unless FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. is notified, in writing, that the foal will be running as a 4-year-old.
4. Owner money will be available within two weeks following each event. All breeder and stallion money will be made available at end of year. It is the responsibility of the bonus money winner to provide Future Fortunes, Inc. with their current address and tax information before any money can be dispursed. All bonus money not claimed by July 1 of the year after which it was earned will be added to the following year's purse.

GENERAL RULES
1. Future Fortunes reserves the right to refuse any foal nomination.
2. All disputes arising out of the application or interpretation of any rules or conditions of the FUTURE FORTUNES STALLION INCENTIVE Program shall be decided by FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc.
3. FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. reserves the right to alter the conditions of all or part of the Incentive fund program as it, in its sole discretion, FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. may cancel the program at any time and refund money, excluding interest, if it deems participation is insufficient to justify the program.
4. A current listing of all eligible foals that are named and paid in full will be on FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. web site.
5. Foal will not be eligible for FUTURE FORTUNES Bonus Money until a copy of its registration papers have been received.
6 . For a FUTURE FORTUNES foal to be eligible for Bonus Money, it is the responsibility of the foal's owner/agent to designate on event's entry blank that the foal is enrolled in FUTURE FORTUNES.

FUTURITY COMPETITION
1. A rider can ride more than one FUTURE FORTUNES Foal in a futurity event. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid on a sweepstakes format (beginning in 2008) to the rider's highest placing two (2) FUTURE FORTUNES foals in each go and the average.
2. Foal must be 5 years of age or under and never have competed in a barrel race prior to December 1st of the previous year.
3. At BFA World Championship World Futurity, 4 year old foals must run in World Championship Futurity and futurity eligible 5 year old foals must compete in the 2D Derby. (Note: Futurity entries must be paid by Sept 15 and Derby entries must be paid by Oct 15. Both Futurity and 2D Derby will run on the same days.)

OPEN COMPETITION
1. Any FUTURE FORTUNES horse can be eligible for FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money at open events, regardless of age.
2. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid on one run (Saturday competition) and will be paid on a 4D format based on the time of the fastest FUTURE FORTUNES eligible foal with ½ second splits between each division.
3. Contestants must provide the horse's registered name and a copy of the horse's papers, and must designate on the event's entry form that they are competing on a Future Fortunes horse.
4. A rider can ride more than one FUTURE FORTUNES Foal in an open event. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid to the rider's highest placing two (2) FUTURE FORTUNES foals.

Payment Schedule-Weanlings only

TO NOMINATE:
~ $50-due by Dec 1 of weanling year OR pay in full for a one time fee of $150.
TO SUSTAIN:
~ $50-due by Nov 1 of yearling year OR can Pay in Full for a one time fee of $150.
~ $50-due by Oct 1 of 2-year-old year.
~ $50-due by Oct 1 of 3-year-old year.
~ $50-due by Jan 1 of 4-year-old year.
~ $50-due by Jan 1 of 5-year-old year
~ $50 late fee. Must be paid before next scheduled payment. Any missed payments will result in being dropped from the program. No refunds.

Foals out of 2007 Future Fortunes Stallions that were not nominated as weanlings can still enroll by making the following one time payment no later than Dec 1, 2008.
~ 2007 Foals - $250
~ 2006 Foals - $1500
~ 2005 Foals - $2500

All foals out of newly enrolled 2008 Future Fortunes Stallions can be grandfathered into program for a one-time fee of $200 due no later that Dec 1, 2008.

STALLION RULES
1. Future Fortunes reserves the right to refuse any stallion nomination.
2. Future Fortunes in limited to a maximum of 75 stallions in a given year. The program is currently full. Stallions are placed on a waiting list in the order in which they are received. To be placed on the waiting list, contact Mary Ellen Hickman.
3. Currently enrolled stallions must be renominated annually to remain in the program. Deadline for stallion re-nomination is June 15. Nomination must include first payment. Final must be received no later than September 15. Failure to meet nomination and payment deadlines will result in forfeiture of nomination and any fees.
4. Stallion nominator must be the registered owner of the stallion at time of nomination. All stallion prize money will be paid to the last recorded stallion nominator.
