Very ATHLETIC, intelligent, and willing, “Rip” is a true family using stallion who has proven himself in Futurities, Open competition, and Pro Rodeos as a barrel horse. Rip is a no no-nonsense athlete, he is easy to haul and you can send him in a snaffle, kicking to the first barrel, he will hunt it down with his smooth signature OTMR style! Rip is also showing impressive versatility as a head horse.
Rip helped my daughter qualify for the Jr. NFR during his futurity year, which speaks volumes about both his talent and his exceptional disposition.
This young stallion has been an absolute pleasure to train. He is kind-minded, confident, trainable, and wants to be your partner. Rip is also stamping his foals with those same qualities, along with plenty of hip, bone, athletic ability, and again his GREAT mind.
His first get under saddle are proving to be just as enjoyable to train confident, willing, intelligent, and eager to please. Rip is the kind of stallion we are proud to build a breeding program around.
ALL FULL siblings have made standout performers including Pro Rodeo money earners in BARREL RACING, Proven 1D Open and Youth Barrel Horses as well as standout Team Roping/ Calf Roping horses. This cross produces true all-around horses which are highly competitive AND user friendly with bone, substance and SPEED.
